Medicine of Touch

This session aims to increase your body’s life force and restore the connection to your natural state. With your intention and boundaries as the starting point, the session is tailored to your energy’s need to open up. Several elements can be applied, like Breathwork, sounds, energetic touch, tantric meditations, and several massage techniques such as Lomi Lomi, Joint Mobilisation, Deep Tissue, De-Armouring, Kashmiri, Yoni / Lingam Massage.

Lomi Lomi is a traditional Hawaiian Temple style massage. 

With support of the field of the Ancestors, the Aloha or Healing Love Energy, is transmitted by a beautiful flow of long strokes using forearms and hands on top and under your body. 

The Lomi Lomi touch, both gentle and deep, is supported by a dynamic, dance-like rhythm of movements around the table.

The experience is both sensual and deeply soothing, offering deep relaxation and connection to your essence. In this relaxed state of the body and nervous system, emotional or energetic release can happen.

This full body oil massage is done on a massage table in a comfortably warm room. Traditionally Lomi Lomi is received naked, however if preferred, the genital area can be covered by a sarong.

Joint Mobilisations treatment frees up old restrictions stored in the wrist, shoulder, knee and/or hip joints. Not only this can increase your range of motion and energy flow, it can release stored traumas as well. It can be booked as a separate session or in combination with a Lomi Lomi Massage.

Hitesh has many years of massage and bodywork experience as well as space holding. His natural ability to deeply tune into the body creates space for a deep healing experience.
